After a delay of more than 10 years, the Champfleury project is about to start over again with 52 lots reserved for single family cottages. The highlights of this project are :

• Cables of Hydro-Québec, Bell and Vidéotron are all buried underground
• Direct and secured access to the primary school « Les Cardinaux » and « Centre de la Petite Enfance Harmonie Soleil » via sidewalks on most streets and dedicated pathways
• Many lots lined against the "Boisé de l'Équerre" and the park "Les Cardinaux".
